Dragon2000 Welcomes New DMS Customer – Richard Hammond’s The Smallest Cog

6th March 2024

Dealer management system, mobile apps and website provider Dragon2000 are delighted to welcome The Smallest Cog on board as one of the latest DragonDMS customers.

You may well recognise The Smallest Cog workshop from the fly-on-the-wall TV show Richard Hammond’s Workshop, charting the highs, lows and progress of the garage as the team work hard to make the business a success.

Dragon2000 Welcomes The Smallest Cog As New Dragondms Customer

The classic and restoration business began in 2021, borne out of Richard Hammond’s love for classic cars, which sees him team up with expert restorers Neil Greenhouse and his son Anthony. Richard also thought it might make a good TV show, bringing his two passions together.

Richard and the team needed more control over their workshop and found the DragonDMS ideal, as our system is designed to streamline operations and help dealers and garages increase profits and reduce costs. We also cater for specific restoration garage needs, including estimates and emerging work, customer long-term bookings, managing workshop loading and work in progress, and the ability to create staged invoices.

The team are also using our integrated Workshop App to record job clockings to track workshop job progress and efficiency levels. The app also allows the creation of videos that can be sent direct to a customer’s mobile phone via SMS link or email – so emerging work can be explained and demonstrated.

We are looking forward to following The Smallest Cog’s progress on screen!
