Dealers Benefit From Dragon2000’s Latest Leaders Workshop Event

Dragon2000’s free Leaders Workshop event returned last week, with owners, directors and senior managers from our wide-range of car dealers and workshops attending to learn more about the key processes behind our industry leading Dealer Management System and Car Dealer Websites.
Assisting our dealers and workshops in making small process changes can often help them achieve an increase in profits, efficiencies and customer retention, all factors that Laurence Winmill, CEO of David Spear Commercial Vehicles, is looking to improve with the tips he picked up from May’s Leaders Workshop.
On what he learned from the day, Laurence said: “It was an extremely informative day, explaining in full the potential of what Dragon2000 has to offer.
“We are going to capitalise on the workshop digital options and use the data available in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module to run on-going cycle campaigns to our customers.
“As a business, we recognise that Dragon2000 can help us develop and we intend to use a follow-up training day to gain a more detailed understanding of the software.
“Overall it was an excellent day and we see Dragon2000 as a partner that can help move our business forward.”
