Vehicle Sales in CRM

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system within DragonDMS has been vastly enhanced in 2015. It is now a separate component and comprises of three different sections; Vehicle Sales (Enquiries and Follow-Ups), Sales Diary and Create Mailshot.

Vehicle Sales allows you to create enquiries and follow-ups and provides you with a dashboard view of all of your prospective customers. This includes overdue, due in the next 7 days, 30 days, 31-60 days and 61-90 days. This helps you to manage all of your potential vehicle sales.

Tracking the status of your prospective customers is an invaluable tool. DragonDMS enables you to log prospect details, their budget, the vehicle they currently own and any vehicles they are interested in.

You can also create follow up details as required. Prospects can be converted to a sale, or marked as NFA (No Further Action). Thus allowing you to report on the ratio of converted and lost sales.
