Dragon2000 Announce New Parts Integration with GSF Parts
Dragon2000 are pleased to announce a new integration with GSF Parts, making it easier for DragonDMS users to quote, order and manage vehicle parts directly from within the system.
Available to dealerships and workshops with a GSF Parts account, the integration removes the need to manually transfer parts information between systems. Users can search for vehicle-specific parts, create quotes and place orders without leaving their existing DragonDMS workflow.
Simplify Your Parts Ordering
The GSF Parts integration allows users to access the GSF portal directly from an Estimate, Booking or Service record in DragonDMS. Once the required parts have been selected, a parts quote is automatically created and added to the job, with selling prices calculated using your configured pricing structure.
When you’re ready to order, the quote can be converted into a purchase order with a single click. Once the parts arrive, they can be received into DragonDMS, ready for supplier invoice processing and accounting via integration to Sage 50 or export to Xero.
Better Visibility Throughout the Job
DragonDMS also tracks the progress of every order with simple status indicators, allowing users to quickly see whether parts have been quoted, ordered or received. This gives workshop teams greater visibility and helps keep jobs moving efficiently.
