DragonDMS 2015 – Sales Diary in CRM

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system within DragonDMS has been vastly enhanced in 2015. It is now a separate component and comprises of three different sections; Vehicle Sales (Enquiries and Follow-Ups), Sales Diary and Create Mailshot.
The Sales Diary is a new feature in the CRM which enables you to manage your own personal calendar. You can view all your own sales related events including any follow-up calls due and if you have management privileges, also view another person’s diary by selecting their name from the ‘Change Calendar’ drop down list.
You can configure your calendar within the DragonDMS settings and select the working days of the week, the start and end of day time and select the first day of the working week – all specific to your motor trade business. The calendar can be viewed by day, week or month. Appointments on the calendar can be moved by dragging and dropping to a new day if you are in the Month view or to a new time on the same day if you are in the Week or Day view. New events can be added directly onto the calendar by double clicking on the day/time depending on the calendar view you have selected. There are a selection of pre-set events such as Test Drives, vehicle PDI and Customer Due In however you can set your own custom event types in settings.
The Sales Diary in our Dealer Management System is a useful tool that provides a visual display for all follow-ups and appointments helping you to keep in touch with your prospects and customers, effectively plan your time and manage your business.
