New Feature! Announcing Xero Accounting Compatible Exports For DragonDMS

We are pleased to announce that new transaction exports are now available within our DragonDMS dealer management system which are fully compatible with Xero accounting software, so if you are a car dealer or garage business that uses Xero, you can now easily retrieve transaction data from the DragonDMS and import it directly into your accounting system.

This new feature means that you no longer need to spend your valuable time manually adding transactions into Xero one by one, instead giving you more time in the day to focus on increasing profits and dealing with your customers.

So if you already utilise Xero for your accounting needs for your vehicle sales, service, and parts departments, you can now simply log into your DragonDMS dealer management system and generate compatible export files at the click of a button for invoices, bills and stock journals, which are then instantly ready to import into Xero.

The DragonDMS will date and time-stamp the export files so there can be no confusion with the data being imported into Xero. Developed specifically to import seamlessly into your Xero accounting software, transactions appear in your Xero system as drafts so you can review them first, before approving them.

As well as the new Xero export facility, for those dealers who use Sage 50 accounting software, we have our long-standing full Sage integration available. Our DragonDMS software is also recognised by HMRC for Making Tax Digital for VAT.
