Dragon2000 named Best Software of the Year

Dragon2000 have continued to receive recognition by the motor trade this year by winning the Best Software of the Year award at the inaugural Workshop Power Awards this week.
The sister publication to Car Dealer Magazine, Workshop Magazine have been surveying workshops and garages up and down the country for the last six months to record their votes on who they believe to be the best supplier in each of the 18 award categories.
Hosted at the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth, this latest award follows Dragon2000 winning the Dealer Management System of the Year for an incredible third time in succession at the recent Car Dealer Power Awards 2016 in July.

To be named Best Software of the Year by garages reflects the ease of use of the DragonDMS, and our free APPraise app has also had a big impact with workshop operations, helping to increase trust and upselling opportunities through the VHC tool which includes photos and, more importantly, video.”
Available free to all Dragon2000 customers and compatible with both Apple and Android devices, the APPraise app is ideally suited to workshops, complete with images and videos, which allows users to create their own VHC checklists to advise on safety issues and additional work required, checking courtesy cars, and recording collection and delivery handovers.
Software aside, much of Dragon2000’s success can be attributed to their relationship with their customers, with this having only strengthened in the last year thanks to the introduction of their free monthly Leader’s Workshops and their regular online and open training sessions, all of which are designed to help their customers fully utilise the DragonDMS software, along with integrated car dealer websites and the APPraise app.
Commercial Manager Mark Kelland believes it is developments such as these that set Dragon2000 aside from the rest of its competitors in the eyes of its users.
