Dragon2000 Announce E-signing Integration To Help Car Dealers And Garages Returning To Work
1st June 2020
Dealer management system and website provider Dragon2000 are delighted to announce a new integration with DocuSign, which allows car dealers and garages to go paperless with digital signing within the DragonDMS.
In preparation for car showrooms in England being allowed to fully open from June 1st, we have been busy in recent weeks (working from home!) developing this new integration within the DragonDMS, as dealers were gearing up for re-opening. The use of e-signatures will be ideal for those dealers adapting to allow their customers to buy online or click & collect.
The new optional integration with DocuSign allows car dealers to send vehicle order forms and vehicle invoices to customers for digital signing. The integration also helps garages and workshops offering collection and delivery services, as service job cards and service invoices can be digitally signed by the customer. Once signed, the DragonDMS automatically updates to show it has been completed.
Essential for a paperless handover, delivery, or service collection and delivery, multiple signatures on one document are also covered, such as where both the customer and the dealer would sign an order form, or where more than one part-exchange is involved, requiring the customer to sign each document.
Our new e-signing integration will assist many car dealers and garages with adapting to a new way of working under social distancing and safety rules. This will help give your customers peace of mind that you have put measures in place to minimise contact between them and your employees, and more importantly, protect the safety and wellbeing of all.
Dragon2000 have been helping dealers and garages drive their businesses forward since 1995.
