The very fact that you are reading this blog should prove the importance to you of social media, but how many of you tweet to your own customers or invite your prospects to follow you on Facebook and then actually promote offers and content to them?
As a company, we actively monitor our advertising campaigns, we analyse visits to our website, we monitor which pages are visited most and who clicks links on our email shots. We firmly believe that knowledge is King, by studying our advertising and communications we are able to fine tune future campaigns and target our customers better.
We already have a number of dealers exploring social media, but make no mistake it’s growth is enormous, marketing to this medium is relatively inexpensive, so what’s to stop you tweeting each new car in stock and listing special offers only on Facebook and keep your customers engaged with you. It’s free and easy and could be worth a fortune to you.
