Our Dragon2000 Workshop App allows your technicians to clock on and off service job tasks via a mobile or tablet device.

From the app, technicians can view additional task details, previous clockings and job card details. Technicians can also add comments directly onto a task, and these comments appear in real time in DragonDMS. They can even use the mobile device’s voice control and say the comments out loud, which converts speech into text.

The recorded times show instantly against service jobs within the DragonDMS, which drives efficiency reports.
