Our CRM incorporates a sophisticated Deal Stacker tool, allowing you to build and produce a deal for a customer based on the vehicle they are interested in, adding their part exchange details (including settlements) and any additional products they have opted for.
We are the first DMS company in the UK to integrate finance into our system via our link with Codeweavers - this allows you to pull live finance quotes for each deal you create, showing your customer all of the options available to them.
From the DragonDMS, finance proposals can then be created and automatically submitted to Codeweavers for approval. If the deal proceeds, simply ‘AGREE’ the deal and transfer all of the detail onto a sales invoice without the need to re-key any data.
