The main menu of the Workshop Management System gives you a snapshot of your business at that moment in time, with which vehicles you have created estimates for, those booked into the service centre, vehicles currently on site (in progress) and all past services completed.

A service record can be created simply using the vehicle registration lookup, or transferred from a booking or estimate into a live job. If the vehicle has been in for a service before, Dragon2000 will recognise this and populate the service record with all of the detail needed.

Building the job card is quick and easy, allowing you to add labour lines, stock and non-stock parts, oils, extras and record if there are any costs to yourself - Job cards can then be printed out for the technicians with full detail. A great addition to the Garage Management System is the Workshop Clock which records technician's times and efficiencies back into the service record in Dragon2000 - Management users can then report on this.

All of the transaction detail within the Service System can be integrated into Sage at the click of a button to give a full and comprehensive set of accounts.

Customer facing invoices with your company logos and headers can be printed with full detail of the job once the service is completed and asks for future follow up dates, such as MOT and Service Due.
