Training for V9 users

Car Sales Training

This one day course takes each delegate through the Car Sales Module from start to finish.

 

The course is a mixture of on-screen demonstrations and practical exercises designed to show how Dragon2000 can be used to its full potential.

The course will ensure that delegates are fully aware of how to navigate through menus, control the settings and defaults within the Settings Menu and know how to set security levels within the system to allow or restrict access to Management Privileges, the Settings Menu and other Dragon2000 Modules you may have enabled.

Delegates will create different contact types, including prospects; maintain a database of these prospects and a history of all transactions with them, including the salesperson who dealt with them and what their requirements are, using this information delegates will create mailshot letters and SMS Text Messages to notify prospects that new stock has arrived matching their requirements.

Delegates will add vehicles to stock and maintain stock records, record costs, add part exchange vehicles, raise both purchase and sales invoices and administer customer history.

The course covers standard and management reports; in particular salesperson performance reports, management stock books, stock reports and sales reports, each delegate will use advanced filtering to obtain specific information from these reports.
