How to buy Dragon2000


In a nutshell, supply your payment and artwork, approve the example invoice we send you back within two hours, and your CD is in the post on the same day!

 

How to proceed

Your Dragon2000 DMS will be provided on a CD by post. Before supplying your software we will personalise it to incorporate your company logos – at no extra cost! This will allow any customer-facing document you produce to reflect your company branding.

We will need the following information to proceed with your order:

  • Full contact details, as required on your invoices
  • VAT number, company number and registered office, if required
  • Payment by Credit/Debit card, Cheque, Electronic transfer or Financed
  • Company Logos (email these if you can)

On receipt of the above Dragon2000 will send you back a sample invoice reflecting your logos, for approval.

The turnaround for this work is typically a day or two! Order today and you could receive your software tomorrow!

 

Example Invoices

Your own invoices will be supplied in PDF format for your approval. Below you will find examples of these documents:

Vehicle Sales Invoice – This example shows Part Exchange and Finance details
Service Invoice
Parts Invoice – A receipt version can also be produced by the Dragon2000 system if you have a receipt printer. Call us for more details.

If you have had your logos designed by a media agency, please request that they email a high resolution copy to dragon@dragon2000.co.uk. If you produce your own artwork, please forward it to Dragon2000 in the same way. For your information, the image size (in pixels) is 2214x449.
