Workshop Training

This one day course takes each delegate through the Workshop Module from start to finish.

 

The course is a mixture of on-screen demonstrations and practical exercises designed to show how Dragon2000 can be used to its full potential.

The course will ensure that delegates are fully aware of how to navigate through menus, control the settings and defaults within the Settings Menu and know how to set security levels within the system to allow or restrict access to Management Privileges, the Settings Menu and other Dragon2000 Modules you may have enabled.

Delegates will add customers, insurance & warranty companies to the system, view customers transaction history, view and add customer activity.

Delegates will create workshop bookings, record holidays, overtime and absences in the service bookings calendar and transfer bookings from the calendar to a job card. Delegates will create an estimate and record labour, parts and oils for that estimate, they will create and use a service department with its own hourly rate and Vat rate and allocate parts, add labour, costs and sublet work to it. They will invoice a third party for Insurance and Warranty work and the customer for excess payments.

Delegates will generate MOT and Service reminders to notify customers of MOT and Services due by letter and by SMS Text Messaging.

The course covers Standard and Management reports; in particular; Technicians performance reports and management service sales and efficiency reports, each delegate will use advanced filtering to obtain specific information from these reports.

Prices

The cost of the training, which includes lunch, is £350 (+vat) per delegate per day.
