Parts Taining

This one day course takes each delegate through the Parts Module from start to finish.

The course is a mixture of on-screen demonstrations and practical exercises designed to show how Dragon2000 can be used to its full potential.

The course will ensure that delegates are fully aware of how to navigate through menus, control the settings and defaults within the Settings Menu and know how to set security levels within the system to allow or restrict access to Management Privileges, the Settings Menu and other Dragon2000 Modules you may have enabled.

The course will show delegates how to access the day to day functions of the parts department. They will create new part records, set the minimum and maximum stock levels, order and receive parts into stock, invoice customers, issue parts to workshop jobs, raise credits notes and return stock to suppliers.

The course takes each delegate through stock adjustments, adding and deleting locations, editing and adding new part prices and the usage menu of a part record; detailing usage data including predicted profit, average profit per item sold and total profit made to date.

The course covers standard and management reports; in particular low stock and counter sales reports and management sales and profit reports, each delegate will use advanced filtering to obtain specific information from these reports.
