Links to other applications

Dragon2000 can provide valuation data from Glass's Guide and/or CAP, right within the vehicle record. Reports allow comparison of the current book price to the actual purchase price over your entire vehicle stock.

Dragon2000 and AutoTrader have been working together to provide the facility to transfer your vehicle stock from Dragon2000 into DealerEdit.

Users of Sage Line 50, with the addition of our Sage Integration Module, will find that their day-to-day transactions in Dragon2000 are mirrored in Sage, reducing the amount of data repetition required when producing company accounts.

Postcode Data is provided via AFD Postcode. Vehicle Registration Data is also available by subscription.

Infrastructure

Dragon2000 is a modular Windows application that can be networked over any number of PCs sharing one data source, and will even run on a laptop computer. Any sized operation can be controlled by the Dragon2000 system, integrating Car Sales, Imports, Workshop, Parts and Accounts within Sage Line 50.

Recommended system requirements

Dragon2000 can be installed on any cabled Microsoft Windows Network (wireless networks are not recommended). A specialist server is not required, but can be accommodated if you have one. The minimum specification of each computer is 1.5Ghz Pentium 4 or Athlon XP, 500MB Hard Disk Space, CD-ROM drive, A4 printer.
Windows 2000: 256 Mb RAM; Windows 2003 or XP Professional: 512Mb RAM; Windows Vista: 1Gb RAM

Reporting

NB: Any of these reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel for further manipulation!

Pricing

The Dragon2000 DMS is a set of modular components. Items can be added to a system at any time, to expand the coverage of the system throughout your company. Networking the system requires a simple Windows™ network, then simply purchase additional licences for each machine.

Software Support and Upgrades

Our support package includes all future upgrades to your system FREE OF CHARGE, and is available for as little as £29.50 per month, depending on the number of users.

Dragon2000 offers one months telephone support from the date you receive the software. During this time we will be happy to talk you through any steps that you are unsure of.
