Hi John,

Sale or Return cars should be entered into your Dragon2000 stock like every other, but the Sales Status should be set to 'SOR'.

By default SOR stock will show alongside all other stock records on your stock reports and advertising.

Do not, at this point, print the purchase invoice, as you have not yet purchased the vehicle.

If the vehicle sells, continue with the sale as normal - but ensure you have entered the correct buying price, as agreed with the supplier of the vehicle. When you sell the vehicle the purchase will be confirmed, and will then be transferred to your accounts (via Sage Integration).

If the sale does not go ahead simply delete the vehicle from stock (Main Menu > Used Car Sales > Utilities). It will show on your Vehicles Deleted report, along with the fact that it was SOR.
