I noticed several weeks ago that the VAT totals on my service invoices were incorrect-it turns out that when using templates to create services the VAT element on stock oils is not added, obviously this will cause major problems when a VAT return is due. Dragon 2000 are aware of the problem but it has not been sorted yet so I thought it would be prudent to warn other users of the problem.
