Hi,

We have a problem in that some jobs don't appear on the list of MOTs due. I've gone back a year in the calendar and found jobs with an MOT due date set, but neither the reports nor the mailshots module pick up on this.  The job looks completely identical to other jobs that are found by the same printouts (i.e. same due dates, MOT settings, etc). 

Obviously this is a huge waste of time for us, as we have to manually go through every job to fill in letters.

How exactly do we get these old jobs to show up in the mailshots?
