SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

hello,there
i just wanted find out on how do i actually set-up my system,i have recently down loaded the free version of Dragon2000,and i am having a problem to set up in the tools, i have tried for about 5 hrs,and could not manage to make it work.

could some one asist me on how to set this programe up.

i would really apreciate it very much.

Please click Free Stockbook on the left of our website for a list of what features are available within the stockbook. If you wish to try out the service program please download the demonstration instead.

(1) the demostration one,after those 20 services,does it mean i then have to reset to start again,or it is un useable after that? (2) abaut the free stockbook,how can i be able to use it funcialy?what do i need to do to able to get it working properly. regards peter

1) The idea behind the demo version is to allow you to try out the different departments of the software (car sales, service, parts) before you purchase the full system which has no such limitations.

2) The free stockbook is limited to the car sales section of our software. It is designed so people who are just starting out in the motor trade can keep track of their car stock, prices, costs, customers & suppliers etc. If that is what you are trying to do then it is fully functional and works properly with no setup required.

The domain name in your email address suggests you are not actually a car dealership and that your company actually sells and installs security gates and access control keypads? If that is the case the car sales oriented free stock book will not be suitable for you.

Are you looking for software to invoice out the gates and keypads and installation and maintenance charges? If so you may find the service software beneficial but please consider that it is also designed with car dealerships in mind.

Peter,

In order to proceed with your order, we need the following information from you:

Full contact details, including the address, phone numbers and web/email details which will be included on the invoice/letterhead graphic, by email or post.
Company registration number, VAT number, Credit Licence number etc. if these are required on your invoices.
Your company logos or a copy of an existing letterhead
Confirmation of how many licences are required. If you are installing Dragon2000 on a network you can submit your network layout to us from http://www.dragon2000.co.uk/products/quote.htm
Payment by way of Credit/Debit card (please phone +44 (0) 1327 811 115), BACS transfer (please ask for details if required) or Cheque. UK Customers can also apply for finance to spread the cost of their purchase.

Once your order is received we will send back an example sales invoice including your company logos. The design of the letterhead graphic is included in your software purchase price. As soon as you give your approval of the artwork the software can be dispatched.
